About The Artwork

© Edo Schmidt Wildlife Photography Facebook: www.facebook.com/edo.schmidt.18 The Striated caracara is a bird of prey which breeds in several islands in Tierra del Fuego, but is more abundant in the Falklands. This raptor is primarily a scavenger, feeding on carrion, mainly dead seabirds and dead sheep. Giclée print on Hahnemühle Photo Rag (308gsm), unframed and unmounted. Comes with an extra 1 in (2.54cm) white border for framing (note that the print size is the actual size of the image - the white border is extra). Print is numbered and signed by the artist. Certificate of authenticity and a pair of cotton gloves for handling the print are included. This is a limited-edition print. Number of editions: 5. I reserve the right to reproduce this image in other formats. Such reproductions are not considered originals and may augment the value of the original print.
