"I think that living is a joy and I wonder if I will ever have the chance to leap back to the roots of this flesh of mine and know myself as I once was. There is my root. Then if some act of mine will allow me to find it, it is hidden in the tangles of the future" "Tangles of the future" continues the author's discourse in the exploration of the landscape of his land and the symbiosis of the body in nature. This shot was taken inside a "ficus carica" which, like olive trees, is potentially very long-lived and can become centuries-old, but unfortunately this too, like many olive trees, is subject to fatal infections. The shot represents the last farewell to this wonderful tangled specimen before it was eradicated from the territory. The naked body is a tribute to the fig tree and the strong sexual connotation of its fruits. The shot is currently on display at the coastal tower of San Tommaso, in Salento, as part of the artist's personal exhibition entitled "IMPATTO".
