The haze of centuries over Athens Photograph

In 2016, I made a lonely journey through Greece, and most of the time I spent in Athens, wanting to get inspiration, immersed in the atmosphere of the city that stood at the origins of European history. I climbed the Λυκαβηττός hill many times, towering over the city and each time I saw a new city, not like yesterday. On that hot day, a haze covered the city, almost hiding the horizon and many signs of modernity. And under the cover of mist, the city seemed a ghost of an old polis, which appeared from the depths of time.
