About The Artwork
A very simple image I made of waves crashing at the beach in Summer. Using ICM (Intentional Camera Movement) and handheld long exposure tecniques I tried to reduce the landscape to simple shapes, splashes of white and black, and layers. I believe this image captures the dinamism of the ocean, but also has a calm quality to it. The original is printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Satin 310 gsm 100% Cotton white satin-finish paper and manually signed.
