The sun, the waves, and a nap

It's a hot summer's day as we go for a family stroll along the crowded beach of La Jolla Shores. There is little escape from the sun though the breeze is blowing and cool waters are near. Down on the shores, seagulls and sea lions are having a peaceful afternoon sunning and napping away from the busy beachgoers.
