There is a theory of spoons. One girl had a bad illness, she can live with it, but it took a lot of her strength. To explain how she lives to her friend she invented a theory of spoons. When you wake up in the morning, you have an exact number of spoons. And every deed that you do you are spending one spoon: one is for dressing up, one is for cleaning teeth, one for going to school, one for washing the dishes, one for reading books. And if you spend all of your spoons, you can do nothing more and have to go to sleep. So if you are ill, maybe you have about 5 spoons: it is enough for 1 waking up 2 dressing up 3 brushing hair 4 cleaning teeth 5 eating breakfast So that is all. Your day is over. Some people don't have opportunity doing some more, because they have illness. But some have opportunity to have as much spoons as they want. But they don't take it. They don't care about themselves preferring alcohol, smoking and no sport, so they don't have enough spoons for life as well. They have no strength to live, so it's not surprise, it doesn't make joy for them. Every day you have a choice: making some sport +1 spoon eating fast-food -1 spoon going for a walk to a park +1 spoon smoking a cigarette -1 spoon etc. The more spoons you have, the more you have strength for what you really want. Make some love for yourself, stop destroying yourself. You can. Only if you will.
