About The Artwork
Three Sisters is a print using an old technique known as the chemigram process. Traditionally chemigrams are images created through the use of photo chemicals, light being secondary to process. Using different resists, chemical dilutions, or traditional printmaking techniques, photographers are able to create abstract forms and images that are completely outside of their own control. Now two prints are alike, though they may be similar.
