About The Artwork
"Train station" was photographed by Billy Joe Hoyle during a monthlong trip throughout North and South India. The trip was commissioned by the Chinmaya Mission and allowed Hoyle to work inside sacred temples that no Westerner had ever been allowed to visit. "Train station" was made with a Leica M6 film camera and printed on archival 16"x20" fiber-based paper (darkroom) by the artist himself. Image size is 11"x16". This print is signed, titled, and dated. Watermark will not appear on print.
