Tranquil Shores Photograph

I am a South African photographer with interests in landscapes, seascapes and travel. Having lived abroad for many years, I am now permanently based in South Africa. Photography is a medium I used at art school where I was schooled in darkroom techniques. However, I only began photographing in earnest a few years ago, now in digital, and find it a great creative outlet along with painting and writing. Having grown up in South Africa, free time is spent swimming our raging oceans, exploring our beautiful coastlines, roaming in the wild bush and trekking our majestic mountains. I let my photography speak for me and find myself happiest outdoors exploring remote regions. I choose the term 'fine art photography' to allow for interpretation and creative expression. Enjoy
