Shiro Nagasawa (artist name) is nowadays based in Stockholm, Sweden. His approach is raw and dark with a strong poetic langugae, inspired mainly from japanese and european photography. The work is grainy and often with sctratches and visable fails which is part of his way of creating atmosphere and his very personal feeling. Shiro works mainly with nature- and street photography and creates decorative yet thoughtful and meditative work. He works with many different photographic equipment - both analog and digital.
