About The Artwork

During a visit to the Kanahwake Pow Wow in Quebec, I saw these two young boys preparing herself for the traditional dance. They were set up outside their tent , looking in opposite directions in a pose that lasted only a few seconds. I just had the time to compose and took the picture. I like this image for its great simplicity, its balance and its wealth of shades of grey. It was made on black and white 35mm film. Limited edition of 30 also available in these different sizes and prices: 10 x 15 in. 350$ 24 x 36 in. 750$ 30 x 45 in. 1100$
