I met two girls in a small Latvian town called Kuldiga. One with a broken arm and only one finger visible, carefully painted nail. Their angry look and run-down backyard contrast with pink jacket and flowers in full bloom. Youth in Eastern Europe. Photo Print Under Acrylic Glass of 4mm. Intense colors and glossy finish with amazing depth of field. Ready to hang (aluminium rails). Please, note it takes 2 weeks before the print is ready for shipment.

Karola Mech (b.1983) is photographer and a bookbinder, obsessed with photo books. She received MA in Photography from Jan Matejko University of Fine Arts in Krakow, Poland and had numerous exhibitions in many countries in Europe. Her photo books have been shortlisted for several awards and exhibited in numerous countries. Her subjects varies from documentary photography to deeply personal works. Her photographs are beautifully composed with a care for detail, characterised by a great observation of people and slight humour.
