Meeting Eyes: Skull, New Britain Island, Gazelle Peninsula, Melanesia: Papua New Guinea. End of 19th century, bones, woods, pigments, turbo cap. This work proposes to put into perspective individual identities and collective identities. For this, Roboam borrows masks from all continents, to transmit them animated with a glance. He connects and matches these looks and masks, philosophical, psychological... His artistic requirement led him to use the Subligraphie which is a technology of reproduction of images of very high quality. This technique brings all the guarantees of durability whatever its environment. The inks are encapsulated under pressure and hot on an aluminum substrate primed with a polyester varnish. The Subligraphie thus guarantees an undeniable technical value to the work produced

Yves Jumeau was born in France at Le Mans in 1955 He studied 2 years in art school, he studied also techniques of sound and light, and became engineer and worked during many years in show-business. In same time, he came back to art, in self-taught person to develop art with glass but also bronze and many installations mark his creation.Since 1983, Yves Jumeau work has been exhibited internationally and is in numerous public and privat collections, including Museums.In 2005, he worked to create a medal for a prize " le Grand Prix de l'Acadmie des Technologies" at the request of a french ministry.
