Boathouse at Greenway, River Dart - Limited Edition of 300 Print

The image is of the boathouse at Greenway House, the home of the famous crime writer Agatha Christie, situated on the River Dart in South Devon. The boathouse was featured in one of Agatha Christie's crime novels, 'Dead Man's Folly'. I drew the Greenway boathouse from my own sail boat on the river and used this as a basis for the etching. I hope the beauty of the river and the sense of mystery and intrigue shine through. I created this limited edition fine-art etching and aquatint by hand drawing the image onto copper plate and printing the image onto the highest quality heavyweight cotton rag paper. Each image is individually hand printed by me from a hand inked copper plate. There will be very minor variations with each print because of the hand printing. This makes each print in the edition an individual art work. Each print is individually numbered and signed by the artist. The image size is just under 8 inches by 10 inches but the paper size is larger. (200mm x 250mm)
