Karim Baigutov was born on September 19, 1991, in the city of Taraz. In 1997, he entered secondary school No. 5 named after M. V. Lomonosov, from which he graduated in 2009 with good achievements. In 2009-2013, he graduated with honors from Taraz State Pedagogical University, Faculty of Creative Specialties, specialty "Fine Arts and Drawing". From 2013 to 2015 - Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Master of Pedagogical Sciences in Fine Arts and Drawing. From 2014 to 2015, he worked as a teacher of fine arts and drawing, technology at Lyceum No. 161 named after Zhambyl Zhabaev. In 2015-2020, he completed his PhD in Art History (painting), Institute of Fine Arts, Hacettepe University, Ankara, one of the best universities in the Turkish Republic. The topic of his doctoral dissertation was conducting research within the framework of the "pictorial analysis of Kazakh mythology". From 2018-2021, in Ankara, he was the founder of the Kazakh Association of Culture and Art "KOK TU", where he worked as an adviser on cultural affairs and event management. From 02/01/2021 to 12/24/2021 - lecturer at the Department of Art Education at the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, from 12/25/2021 to the present, he works as Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs and International Relations at the Institute of Arts, Culture, and Sports.
