The work "Love Will Also Be Watched" is part of a series of artworks titled "The Year We Live in Danger." The philosopher Averroez, back in 1140 in the south of present-day Spain, carried out the enormous task of translating Aristotelian thought from Greek to Arabic. However, there were two words that posed serious obstacles to understanding and advancing his work. Those two words were; comedy and tragedy. That is why the words comedy and tragedy were a closed universe for understanding. Because those two words were linked to another word that was even more difficult to understand, which is representation. And if we go further, it is not delusional to associate this with psychoanalysis itself. Let's also understand the latter in this way: what do we see when we look, what do we not see, what words do we look for in ourselves to unite an image with a feeling that emerges from something we have seen?
