Haywagon - linocut limited edition print of 30 Print

There's a corner in Livermore, California where there used to be an old dilapidated haywagon, with a few partial bundles of hay on it. Not sure how old it was, but it had definitely seen better days. I loved riding my bike past it; I always stopped to look at it. I took lots of pictures with my iphone, from every angle. So it had to become the subject of a linocut. The roads are paved, but I wanted it to look vintage, so my picture has dirt roads. The water tower is really there, but not quite in that exact spot. Artistic license, ok? Anyway, a couple of years ago I rode my bike around there, and the haywagon was gone. It made me sad. But I'm glad I got to make a print of it before it disappeared. This is a limited edition print, carved onto a linoleum block, then hand printed with a dark burnt umber colored ink on archival Stonehenge creme paper, on my etching press. Print area is about 11 x 7 inches, paper measures 14 x 11 inches. Each print is signed by the artist, numbered and is an original piece of art.
