iguazu falls is a photopolymer gravure print. It was taken on a trip around the country. Each print is handmade and an individual print from a photopolymer plate printed with Charbonnel Carbon Black ink and hand pulled through an etching press. The size is the size of the paper, the print within the paper is 27x19.8cm. Its a beautifully printed on sommerset velvet white paper, editioned and signed. Photogravure prints are images exposed in a UV exposure unit onto polymer plates, the images are inked up with intaglio ink and wiped clean of excess ink.
