"Help!" – a hand carved and printed linocut print on white paperboard. This stimulating artwork is inspired by traumatic memories and theatricalized fantasies. This linocut oscillates between homoerotic bonding and existential anxieties. Each print of this linocut is hand printed on paper and separately numbered, so each one is a unique experience, a bit different which adds to its allure. This artwork has been created by Dr. Gilad Padva, one of the prominent contemporary scholars in cinema studies, popular culture, men's studies and queer theory.
