About The Artwork
I'm one of seven children, my mother once said " a motherr can raise a dozen children but a dozen children couldn't raise a mom". In 92 I lost a child, the suffering was beyond anything I could have imagined. I relentlessly applied myself to trying to find a relief from my lose, seeking to put images to replace the words that never came. A woman could nourish the entire world if it only required compassion.

I immigrated to the South Of France in 1988 just after graduating with a Diploma in Fine Arts. I had a studio in Grasse, the perfume capitol of the world. In 1990 My wife and I restaured an old farm house near the Pyrenees. We adopted two boys and I continued with my thematic research concerning the contents of my paintings, almost always trying to find a pictorial language to express different concepts I became familiar with trough my readings. My printmaking subjects are much autobiographical.
