A Man Reading a Newspaper. Dyptich, 2016, 2019 Sculpture

The first sculpture with a rounded top was created in 2016 ("A Man Opens a Newspaper"). This work was continued and developed in 2019. The upper part was changed, trochal lines were transformed into straight lines and a moment of static appeared. A Man who was opening the paper turned into attentive reader. These two sculptures are distinguished by the effect of a plastic hint, turned into the final form. Freed from excesses, volumes reveal the construction, dynamic and rhythm.
