ADI GUNAWAN There is a close bond between the story of the satire of Animal Farm by the famous English writer; George Orwell (1903 - 1960), with the works of Adi Gunawan. Both has the language of metaphors, metonims and equivalency. Adi Gunawan was born and raised in a agrarian community, which gave birth to the closeness of his and the world of animal. Hence the approach using the satire by borrowing various construction of animals to represent humanity.
