About The Artwork
This bathing beauty wants to get into the water, but she is kind of cautious. The water might be unpleasantly cold. And you cannot see through the surface. What is hiding underneath? Is it safe to make the first step? So should she, or should she not? Most of my figures are long and thin. One of my favourite sculptors is Giacometti. I am not interested in a mere realistic image, I want to express the essence.
