About The Artwork
Plastilina non-hardening professional modeling clay. Subject: Potted Plants. I have been modeling with plastilina for over 20 years. At a very young age I would create entire towns from similar non-hardening modeling clay that my mother, a school teacher, would bring home. My inspiration for working in this medium came from watching reruns of the children’s television show Gumby. Then the stop Animation series of Wallas and Gromit came along and further reinforced the potential of plastilina.
