About The Artwork

It's about time and decay, we try to neatly cover up things from the past, but there impressions remain. You can't erase the past you can only except it 5 freshly pulled and still wet paper sheets are layered with grid like rows of wire between each sheet so that they don't form together as they dry. Instead as it dries the wire bends giving space between each layer. The paper on bottom layer is a pulp painting that I reveal by carefully tearing and peeling back layer after layer.

Check out my website site and see the post-craft manifesto basic bullet points in my statement. l just can't avoid the temptation of mixed media. badically I make paper, and then with that comes prints, cutouts, sculptures, and combinations of of it all.
