Inspired by the natural world and the beauty of flowers and nature, that surround her rural home, Zoe Bradley is passionate about sculpting in paper and using this medium to create the most detailed representation of flower varieties. This Floral Paper 3D Art piece by award winning British paper sculptor and artist, Zoe Bradley evokes a sense of calm beauty, using the white luminous paper creates moving shadows across the piece as the natural day light changes on the work. This hand cut Cherry Blossom flower is part of Bradley's 'White Flower' series. The four different floral designs are Limited Edition to 50 of each design. Bradley has presented the 'floating grid' display as a cleaner more balanced, centralised alternative to the organic branch florals, letting the symmetry and architecture of the flowers really show off their beauty. The designs have been realised by a mix of intricate hand cutting by artist Zoe Bradley and a small laser cutter, where very finest details, such as the stamen and leaves can be cut. These are then curled and scored by hand. The White Flower series is made in a white 120gsm paper with a gold iridescent overlay. This gives the paper a wonderfully light reflective quality. The flowers take on a silky texture and lustre. The appearance of the art piece changes throughout the day as the natural light source changes. The art pieces are made exclusively from Zoe Bradley's UK studio.
