About The Artwork
I love Japanese screen and in this work I've wanted to represent it. I also love the nature, the trees and their leaves that show us as the life is in continuous cycle of birth and death. The leaves of ginkgo born to the right side of the panel and die detaching from the other side. 3 plywood panels united by hinges, covered of blue navy cotton cloth. Panels create angles with different dimensions. Leaves are made with red clay and glued to the surface.
