Greenmen (ea sold separately) Sculpture

THERE IS ONLY SPRING AND SUMMER LEFT! Being Irish, I am enamored of the art and culture of Ireland. Greenmen have been a huge part of Ireland's (and most of the UK's) culture for centuries. They represent fertility and new life. The are most often found in and around forests, gardens, and meadows; often hidden as tribute the Gods of the past. Spring of 2010, I created four; one for each season. I currently have spring and summer still available. They can be sold together or separately. They are sculpted with porcelain then embellished with wax add-ons. I used oil paints to finish them.
