About The Artwork

This is a unique vase created in 2020 year. It was glazed with multiple high firing glazes and fired during 8 hours in the kiln. This vase is one of a kind and same type of surface can not be repeat due to the specificity of firing with reduction. This sculpture sends us to reflect on our own destiny, about our life, about people who influence our destiny and about those moments that temper us and make us stronger or inspire and make us happy. A line is an extended and thin spatial object, every moment in our life creates a chain of events connected with each other, of which life consists, but only you decide what your life will be like! If you feel that you have strayed from the Life Line, that your life suddenly began to rapidly lose color, that your soul is late autumn, gloom and slush, do not be afraid and do not panic. Just pull yourself together and go forward to a bright future! After all, if we have strayed from the Life Line, then we can return to it - or look for other ways, even more interesting. You just need to believe in yourself and in your fairy tale! All it really needs is to just make up your mind and start taking steps. Your Life Line is just waiting for you to step on it, and then it will carry you on its own. And if the Life Line does not suit you, just take a step to the side and go to another. Indeed, in fact, there are a great many! Each person has his own and you need to live it, like an exciting adventure!

Engineer, artist, ceramist, sculptor. By education, an engineer for nuclear and thermal power plants, for a long time worked by education in the State Corporations "Rosatom" and "Transmashholding". Until I realized that I wanted to create beautiful things from living clay with my own hands and give people emotions along with these things. I developed a love for clay and glazes as a child while studying at an art school.Sculpture was my favorite subject and I spent my free time creating bas-reliefs or another clay figure. At the moment, I am engaged in creating sculptures from ceramics and paintings from handmade ceramic mosaics. I am developing in 3D modeling. I do my work combining abstract and modern Russian style . I find inspiration in the world around me-nature, architecture , ornaments, folk crafts.
