ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Contemporary sculpture design merging found industrial elements with natural elements. The irony of this piece is that it merges bull dozer chain and bearing parts from a train with a Oak plank from a lumber mill out in the woods of North West, Arkansas. This piece is the first of a new series called Man Vs. Nature that merges natural elements with man made elements. Each design in the series has it's own conceptual iconography, which I prefer the viewer to interpret.
