Muscle contraction Sculpture

Hi my name is Tanya Shishkina, and I am an artist based in Russia. I'm sure that everyone ever dealt with the such material as concrete, directly or indirectly. I felt how cold was it. Cold, dead, absolutely completed material. But it's able to "soak" everything. That was my starting point, I wanted to love concrete. The aim was to put some structure into concrete to make it radiate warmth, love, visual aesthetics. My works have a clear structure. They have the foundations of life, such as human, natural materials and texture mixing. For me it was a significant result. I loved concrete and accepted it as a basis.
