About The Artwork
Found Art ,by The First American Artist, found near the Brandywine mounds ,in Brandywine ,MD. I recall seeing this same image on a television show but much larger and in relief only . This sculptures image was created in a flat design ,relief and incuse ,sometimes all three techniques in a single image ,this is more than 10 sculptures in one. Main image ET also the image of sun burned King, drinking from a stream that is also the ET's eye. Reverse image ,Parrot ,the King entering the serpents mouth ,a baby Titanis bird in an egg. This scene I am familiar with ,very clear images ,sharp, many images to study and discover in this sculpture. Part of the "Pleistocene Art of North America " series by Dotson.
