About The Artwork

This sculpture was inspired by the sculptural center-pieces of the Art Deco period ,1920's. It speaks about the human need to be loved and supported. Here we see a couple , the woman is supported in her relationship with the man. There is a peace between them being pursued. This sculpture developed intuitively and is hand made with some press-molded aspects. There's a reminder that we seek out the good and the best in one another.
