Reflexoxolfer Sculpture

Reflection doesn't need mirrors. The idea of ​​this work is exactly to show this in practice. During a recent exhibition at the Simonense Historical Museum "Alaur da Matta" many people believed they were seeing the reflection of a set of colored cups, saucers and spoons in a mirror. It was very interesting to see the reaction of each one, especially the children. There was an astonishment at the moment, almost a fright, when I invited people to take a closer look. From then on, the discussion was installed, and my objective, as an artist, achieved. //////// This is the intention of my work, to provoke a trigger capable of opening a mind to occur on the most varied themes, from the simplest to the most complex and indecipherable. Working with so many reflective platforms, I realized that reflection is independent of mirrors. I learned that reflecting is looking inside ourselves and, at the same time, looking inside the other. Reflecting is dialoguing, exchanging ideas, thinking, creating and existing better. Reflecting is art. ((((Attention: Does not accompany the table))))
