Birds are Helene's favourite animal as they are free to fly wherever they want. A fountain can be optionally bought with it creating a dynamic whole. Each sculpture is an original piece casted in 8 editions + 4 artist proofs. The bronze is casted with the highest standards in Belgium and in Italy. Please note that direct delivery is not always possible due to recent sales or special exhibitions and may take up to 3 months to cast. The finishing is handwork and can vary slightly from the pictures.

Hélène Jacubowitz was born in Antwerp in 1952. She grew up in an artistically-minded milieu: her father is a goldsmith and her brother is a famous jewel designer. At a very young age she became acquainted with the handling of metal. From her father she inherits her passion for perfection. She has studied with Petr Schlosser and afterwards with Ruperto Urzua Chiliean sculptor, professor at the National Higher Institute for Fine Arts in her native city. She took part in national and international contests and her talent was repeatedly crowned.
