About The Artwork

Sculpture: Ceramic, Clay, Paint on Ceramic, Sculpture: Stylized vase 1 size: 12 "x 7,5" x 12", ( 30cm x 19cm x 30cm), 2023 The term "chimera" came to European languages from ancient Greek mythology and denotes an anthropomorphic creature with human and animal organs. Chimera - unrealizable dreams and fantasies. This is from Muggle use, because Muggles have absolutely no idea that chimeras actually exist. Therefore, the chimera began to mean something unthinkable, beyond reality, beyond the bounds of Muggle life. After all, people, having first seen the images of a chimera (sculpture), began to look for a similarity in life. Not found. So, the Muggles decided, the ancient Greeks invented this creature.
