About The Artwork
This work reflects on urbanization models such as the suburbs of the 30s, being those residential bubbles that sought to improve the quality of life of its inhabitants, moving them away from the city and surrounding them with nature. Which, paradoxically, have generated strong environmental repercussions, by promoting a car-dependent lifestyle and increasing trips to service centers that are still cities. This piece is based on a two-dimensional digital template made in design software, which is printed on 300-gram paper that is then cut and folded manually to create the three-dimensionality of the work. This work is framed in a white box frame that has the necessary depth for this piece.
