About The Artwork
The Torso was a part of "The Fragmentarium" installation, shown at my personal exhibition at The Centre of City Culture in Perm, Russia. The sculpture, as the whole installation, is about fragmentary perception of the other's body and personality, and about giving a meaning of the whole to a part. The artwork is made of dyed textile and silicone and filled with holofiber.

My sphere of interest is interacation between fear and desire and encrypting it through creating vulnerable subjects\objects. I adore psychological-horror aesthetics which reflects the interaction I told about in the best way.
