About The Artwork
The piece deliberately is a conflation of innocence and violence. The Childs jacket is adorned with the look of a gang's insignia. Inspired by the 70's film 'The Wanderers' the work is really an attempt to deabilitate power rather than celebrate it. The piece hangs directly on the wall at the height of an adult.

Objects and images are territorialised through an opposition of parts that aim to stall or arrest the momentum of the host. He studied MA Fine Art at Norwich School of Art and Design and BA Fine Art Painting at Chelsea College of Art and Design. His work has been presented in UK and at international solo and group exhibitions/projects. He currently lives and works in Hampshire, UK.
