This life size Native American Indian took weeks to complete, though initially I only intended to create a headdress. I attended a show & one of the traders was selling Indian headdresses, I was drawn to them as they are very bright coloured, they had an artful feel, they reminded me of the beautiful culture & beliefs the Indians had. The day after the show I started working on my steel & copper headdress, I loved the finished item. I did not want it to end & the finished article was where I wanted to take it. a lot of sweat, cuts, blood, hours & love went into this piece of work.
