About The Artwork
This sculpture is inspired by the Balkan War, which occurred in Europe in the 90's. The images of the war reporters showed us small villages and houses burning after an attack; With the roofs sunk, these homes become uninhabitable ruins, a disgrace. The choice of this stone (travertine) is not accidental, since its appearance resembles the machine-gunned walls of the buildings. it is one of the author's most appreciated pieces.its consists of two pieces
