About The Artwork
Two films regarding the subject theme “Annabel Lim” are showing here. One is of her singing on the day she launched her debut album in the Grafton Centre, Cambridge. Annabel, a very much musically talented in her own right, writes and composes her own songs. At the same time, she is also a medical student at Cambridge University. It appears to be Annabel’s intention to explore and exploit such dichotomy to the fullest. The other film covers an interview with the subject. Under two seemingly such extreme disciplines, searching symbiotic questions about her cultural identity and background are probed. Annabel’s mind indeed crosses numerous conventional boundaries.
