About The Artwork
Abstract artwork with multiple visual materials. I worked on a cardboard basis using paper, textiles, various found objects, glass, coins, dry rose petals, gold leaves. Collage from the series "Gold cities - megacities of the future". I have always been interested in theoretical questions about what kind of future we can predict for ourselves based on our current reality. Collage provides a unique opportunity to delve into the topic of time, to look for a link between the past and the future. Working with the found objects becomes a very interesting task. After all, they can be considered the very transitional material of which our life today consists. Each such object that falls into the picture helps to move one step further in search of an answer to the question of where we are going, and what our future may turn out to be. This is an original artwork which is suitable for any framing.
