The scandal during quarantine, where hospitals were discovered offering lucrative contracts for COVID-19 biosecurity equipment, fueled my anger. I hope viewers can resonate with the experience within the confines of their homes. I chose this medium because it allows me to leverage the best of digital color after initially painting the picture with watercolors—different stages reflecting various phases of happiness.
