It is never a time of peace. They say it is the silence of a cemetery. If there is peace, it is deemed a mediocre past-time of ordinary monotony. Tired, and revolted by the boredom, there is begging for an oceanic storm. A voyage through a storm to raise the hormonal pull of violence, adventure, and orgasmic aggression of rage. Without the extremity of emotion, there is no rush, craze, and zest to live through the rising day and falling night. Hence, She is invoked. The God War. She is woken up. She is resurrected. She never left. The artwork is inspired by the graphic short story "There Were No Children". In the tale, a young woman is on a high mountain top. From the corner of the nature trail, she hears painful screams of assault and violence. Drowning in her bleeding conscience, she is begged to do something about it. The screaming children or the ignorance of her safe home, she has to take control and decide.
