The girls and women that I portray express the completeness of humanity, including both men and women. I often choose to depict femininity for its ability to generate and care for, to get to the core and essence of things. By discovering femininity, they love and hope for the best fortune. In times of upheaval, we need prayers - not in a religious sense, but to explore our souls and inspire us to dream, take action, and change the flow of life. Digging within ourselves to find the gold is important; we must water the gold with our inner gaze. This gaze sees even with eyes closed and replenishes the outside with the beauty found within, renewing it with life. This way, everything changes and improves, becoming a world that no longer hurts anyone. We pray not only for peace, but for something more elusive that allows us to create songs that strike ears softly but effectively, resonating with "that good" that reinforces the fullness of what truly is. In essence, what matters is the prayer that the soul tells us, making us more alive and essentially fulfilled.
