Sky High Print

This is one of the images from my 'Fabstract' collection which is a collection of digital paintings created by myself using traditional techniques, but on a computer. It is based on the concept of capturing an abstract impressionist mood or moment in time of the Yorkshire and Cumbrian landscapes. Throughout the series there is a sense of beauty and drama with an epic vastness, a calm tranquility and a kind of mystery. Leaving parts to the imagination of the viewer to ponder over, Fabstract is a truly curious collection of studies involved in the topographical subject of outdoor space, light and mood. I am offering this artwork for sale as open edition prints, available in two sizes and printed by Saatchi's printing service onto a fine art paper. The Fine Art Paper is European-made and manufactured exclusively for Saatchi Art to their specifications. It has a natural white finish with a slightly structured, soft-textured surface, similar to traditional watercolor or etching paper. No bleach is used for whitening. The open and absorbent surface is sealed with a matte receptive coating, designed for high quality fine art and soft photographic reproduction, consistent with inkjet Giclée technology. There are two size options for the prints - 381 x 508mm and 229 x 305mm both of which will have an additional plain white border all around the image so that it can be framed without any loss of image. The actual image areas are 315 x 508mm and 305 x 189mm respectively.
