I was born in 1967 in Adelaide, South Australia. I lived in Adelaide up to my early 30's my wife and I have then lived in Victoria and Tasmania owning different businesses, we now live back in Adelaide. I started my creative career in the year 2000 teaching myself photoshop for about two years every day or night. Also learning how other software join into photoshop and allow me to go back and forward creating the image I'm after. In 2013, I taught myself how to use a camera and in three months of learning, I bought my first professional Canon camera. In the next three months I was the official photographer for NABBA/WFF SA. I was shooting stage shows for body building competitions for males and females. Through that I picked up private photoshoots. I was also doing landscape photography and so on, going into competitions around the world and finally earning more than 2500 photography awards and having write-ups in many magazines. This leads me to mixing my photography with my editing skills and in no time at all, I was a Creative Design Photographer. Creating one off images for models and using them for their magazine images. Wasn't long before I was creating images for models around the world. In 2016, I started using my editing skills for making art, to which I loved. This was to be my favourite pastime besides my photography. I was selling my art on different platform around the world. When Covid hit, that was the end of my photography business as magazines, stopped doing photoshoots as did I. Magazines started using stock photography. I also had a therapy business helping others with Holistic Pain Management and other forms of therapy, which Covid put a stop to. Unfortunately, my wife & I needed money coming into our home to pay the bills. I was forced to open up a business I use to own when I was a younger man. Domestic cleaning, my wife & I have been doing this for two years now & have turned this into a 5-star rated business. At the same time, I've been working harder on my art for two years while we were cleaning. I came up with a whole new look to my art and I knew I was on to something which made me feel I was creating art with a real purpose. This is the art you are seeing now on Saatchi Art. Nothing gives me more pleasure than creating what's in my mind. So my art is all digital and I use a good deal of different software to create the look and feel I'm after. I hope you feel the same about my art as I do.
