About The Artwork

"Tree Moon Ocean" emerges as a mystical confluence where the steadfastness of a lone tree, the enigmatic pull of the full moon, and the vast serenity of the ocean at night coalesce. The deep blues and soft light create a dreamscape that beckons the soul to tranquility. This artwork is a personal anthology of symbols that have long held a sacred space in my heart. Each element—a tree's quiet strength, the full moon's silent whispers, and the ocean's nocturnal song—combines to form this ethereal piece. It's a visual poem dedicated to the beauty of the natural world and its power to calm the spirit. With this piece, I wish to offer a respite from our fast-paced existence, a visual sanctuary where serenity reigns supreme. May this image serve as a reminder of the stillness and peace that nature provides, inviting viewers to pause and breathe in the calm that is so needed in today's tumultuous times. Now available as print, "Tree Moon Ocean" is my offering of peace to you. It's a moment captured for eternity, a reminder that amidst the chaos of life, there is a place of profound quiet and beauty, ever present and waiting to be witnessed.

I originate from a small town nestled in Germany's scenic Black Forest. My journey in art direction has been rewarding, leading me to roles at top advertising agencies like Publicis Groupe, DDB VAC, and McCann Group. My career, defined by a blend of creativity and continual learning, took a significant turn when I founded Gear Factor Co. Ltd., where I combined my creative passion with the dynamic worlds of the event and music industry. With a foundation laid at the University for Communication-Design in Hamburg, I've had the privilege of living and working in diverse cities such as Hamburg, Amsterdam, Munich, and Hong Kong, each adding a unique facet to my global perspective. I'm grateful for the opportunities to have contributed to publications like Vogue, Elle, Forbes, Focus, and Wiener Magazine early in my career. In my twenties, a quest for deeper spiritual understanding led me to India, where meditation became a cornerstone of my personal and artistic growth. This period was greatly enriched by my interactions with Japanese painter Meera Hashimoto, whose mentorship gently steered my exploration of fine arts and introduced me to the nuances of Asian art forms. My growing affinity for Zen and Buddhist teachings, along with my visits to Japan, have quietly nurtured my love for nature and unexpectedly fine-tuned my attention to detail. In my art, I endeavor to convey the notion that true art emanates from a place of serene introspection and meditative peace. My works, which include abstract expressionism, contemporary portraiture, and conceptual art, explore themes of nature, music, spirituality, and fresh takes on still life. These pieces are meant to serve as gateways to introspection and emotional exploration. By fusing traditional digital painting methods with Synthography, I aim to reflect the insights gained from my life's journey, the tranquility discovered in meditation, and the vibrant vitality of the natural world. I wish for my art to act as an invitation to viewers, encouraging them to embark on their own personal journey of self-discovery and reflection.
