About The Artwork

Since I came to Porto, I am fascinated for beings that can cross oceans and migrate freely. I draw them as a way of translating my wish of seeing family and friends in Brazil and as a way of mentioning the utopia that would be live without borders, as animals do in nature. Whales and turtles also delight me with their own time, which may seem slow to us but allows them to travel huge distances.
